For those Akron Zips fans out there, this is the first ever book on the Akron Zips football, including a section about Ohio's Pride. (pg. 64-66) It covers our history, and includes some images from 1934, from the 1950's, and an image from 1984 of an unknown Baritone player. The book is a great overview starting in 1891 all the way through the present including excerpts from press, student newspapers, etc. I think this is a book for the ultimate Zips fan to own. Read below for additional detials. For those of you back for Alumni Band, these will also be for sale in the Student Center bookstore. I will try and identify the Baritone player, once I get permission to share the photo.
