Back for a great 2010, the Alumni Band will once again take the field with some of your fellow alumni from Ohio's Pride. Once again we'll be marching at the new InfoCision Stadium - lcoated right on campus. We'll be marching from Guzetta right to the Stadium in front of fellow ZIp fans & your families. It doesn't matter how you play, join us for a great time! Even if you still do not play your instrument, stop by the game and visit with your friends from the past.

The registration form can be found here <click here>. Return by Sept. 24th so they can plan on music. If you miss the deadline, don't let that be the excuse not to come!

10:45am Rehearsal w/ Akron Zips Band @ InfoCision Stadium

12:30pm Alumni Bnd Rehearsal @ InfoCision Stadium

2pm Alumni Band Aprty @ BW3's

4:!5pm Warm Up @ Guzetta Hall

4:45pm March to InfoCision Stadium

6:00pm Kick Off - InfoCision Stadium

9:18pm Celebrate Akron's Win

Are you ready for a great Alumni 2011? -this year with an afternoon game! The Alumni Band will once again take the field with some of your fellow alumni from Ohio's Pride. In a typical game on homecoming the Zips lost to Ohio U.
(seems to happen most years doesn't it).
The weather was perfect with a high of 61F, and had sun shine all day long.

For the first Alumni Band in the brand new Infocision Stadium, we had even
more alumni show up than in previous years. We had over 100+ marching
alumni (between the 40 and the 40), and probably another 50 alumni and
spouses in the stands... We for the first time marched to the new stadium
through campus, and played to a crowd of over 16,000 Zips fans.

What a great time in 2009, and a part of history at the Rubber Bowl.
Be a part of it in 2010 and join us for another great time in the new stadium.
